Olympic Flame Fuel Oil

Jerry Drenis & Bobby Beys co-founded Olympic Flame Fuel Oil Co. in October of 1995. In 2007, the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) contacted them and requested they change their company name to a new name. Rather than engage in a lengthy court battle, in November 2009 they opted to change it to Marathon Energy Corporation.

From the beginning, the company’s goals have been simple and straightforward: provide superior service and delivery of fuel oil and natural gas together with competitive pricing, and the customers will come. Well, come they did! Today, we service several thousand homes, apartment houses and businesses, delivering millions of gallons of heating oil and therms of natural gas throughout the New York Metropolitan area.

Since our start-up, we have grown to occupy 11,500 sq. ft. in a brand new, state-of-art facility in Brooklyn, New York. This building serves as our central command. From here, our dispatchers maintain constant radio contact with every driver and service technician, that helps us guarantee on-time performance and flexibility in meeting your changing needs. Our exceptional vehicle maintenance, coupled with tight management procedures and computerized centrally-directed operations allows us to give to you, the customer, the utmost in dependable service.
